2009 Recap

Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone had fun ringing in this new decade.  I fell asleep on the couch and went to bed before midnight hit.  Both hubby and I had to work today, so I needed a little sleep.  Irish nudged me awake at midnight for our first 2010 kiss, then I promptly fell back to sleep.  We've always stayed up until midnight to cheer and kiss, but this seemed to be a very low key New Year. So I figure a recap should be in order.

My 2009:
Let me see, I started this lil' bloggie.
My parents and in-laws both moved away, so we hosted Thanksgiving and Christmas #1.
I started getting fascinated with nutrition and re-sparked my interest in finding more ways to live green.
I began eating toward a vegetarian lifestyle.
I went through a few rollercoasters at work and survived them all.
Sharing our vegetarian tendencies with my parents.  It went well!
I put myself on a schedule and felt much better and more energetic. (Then I fell off the wagon as we frantically got ready to host the holidays here for the first time ever.)
I made my first homemade vegan, probably considered raw, balsamic vinaigrette.  I now cannot imagine my life without it!

What's to come in 2010:
Winning Katie's Wild Bars giveaway perhaps?
Christmas #2 (aka, Christmas with the in-laws).
Becoming vegetarian.
Getting a more reliable car.
Finding a calmer, happier me.
Blessings upon blessings!
Getting back on my schedule wagon and staying on it.
Giving Whittle My Middle II a try because I love me some sexy abs.
Getting comfortable enough with being vegetarian or vegan or raw or whatever we settle upon that we tell others about it.
A bloggie facelift.  I know what I want, and I'm hopeful that my hubby can provide it with enough time!
More pictures!!  I will get better with time!

What would you like to see me add to my 2010 list? What's on your list for 2010?

As for your list, I love it!
