I have none.

This week, I have been w-i-p-e-d.  I just want to know why!  Is this a wall that you hit after cutting down/out animal protein that you have to fight past?  Maybe I need to adjust the calories out/calories in ratio (not that I've ever counted calories).  Maybe it's just work.

If anybody has ideas or suggestions, PLEASE let me know!!
